We currently offer ground shipping thru UPS. Ground shipping is typically 2-5 business days. ( West coast usually takes longer ) Weekends do not count as business days.

The site will be open to accept orders from Sunday at 8am CST and will close on Wednesday at 5pm CST

Local pick-up is available on Thursday each week at Carbon Boro and shipping orders will ship out Friday and/or Saturday of each week.

We suggest keeping your cookies in the refrigerator for up to 7 days once you have received your cookies. After 7 days, we recommend them being placed in a freezer bag and into the freezer for up to 2 months. 

If cookies have been shipped, we recommend placing cookies in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. We love to reheat our cookies in the microwave for 25-35 seconds or you can place them in the oven at 350 degrees for 5-6 minutes.

Please ensure and verify you have entered your correct address before submitting your order. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will re-ship at your expense. Due to the nature of our products, there are no cancellations and no returns. All Sales Final.
